This is the corn syrup-based stage blood recipe that we've been using for years. Based on Dick Smith's formula, we have perfected our stage blood compound.

Our stage blood very rarely stains costumes, fabric, sets, props, or people.

However, IT WILL stain untreated concrete/gypsum, wood, and other sponge-like, porous materials.

Occasionally, it will also stain family heirlooms and famous people.

Our stage blood has a deep rich color, flows like real blood, and will not bead up on skin. Our recipe is squib-ready, but can be thinned down further as desired.
